- Place cups in cup bracket manually. The cup loading equipment is able to feed cup one by one automatically (optional)
- Two gravity solenoid valve system fill the material water to glass/cup. Filling quantity adjust by digital timer. Both cups have a separate filling arrangement. Adopt photo electric switch to align the film induction.
- Mark, so that printing in right position. Left film is received by receiving motor.
- This machine adopts 2 times sealing. The first one is heating, sealing upper mold independently. The second one is second time sealing the cutting function. Film cover is able to keep handle part, so that customer can rip off cover

- Finally finished products come out line by line, so that it is convenient to convey to the next station.
